Senior citizen was never something I wanted to be, but believe me there are advantages when you live in a resort community like this! It almost makes you want to hurry and get close to 55+ so you can move in!!

My husband likes to read, but I love the social life, so all these social amenities and activities right here within the community are great. It's like life on a cruise ship! Everything is very clean and well-maintained too, and I feel secure with the guard-gate.

My work is in Southwest Las Vegas, so the location is great being close to I-95 and I-15. It's nice to come home to a quiet neighborhood. House was a fantastic buy.

After retirement, we traveled in an RV touring the US for 9 years, and eventually decided we wanted to settle somewhere near our aging parents. Las Vegas had so much to offer in the way of weather, low taxes and activities, when we found the Las Vegas Meadows we felt we had finally found home. Melody, our manager, is attentive to all of the community needs and is a wonderful person. We attend clubhouse activities and use the tennis facility and the exercise room. Living here is making us healthier!
