Since 1980, Ernie and Michael Thesman have been actively involved in the development and management of luxury resort communities in Arizona, Florida, Nevada and New Mexico. They have developed and managed 11 communities with 4,772 home sites and apartment-homes.
In 1991 after years of development and operating experience, as well as extensive nationwide research of the housing markets (New, Pre-Owned, Repos, Foreclosures, Auctions, Short Sales, etc.) Thesman Communities decided to develop their own line of unique custom-built “Palmas Homes”. Palmas Homes offer homeowners energy efficiency, lower maintenance costs, unique floor plans and the best value for your housing dollar.
Thesman Communities is a family run business, they still own the first community that they developed and have never sold any of their communities. They continually reinvest and upgrade and they have no intention of ever selling. For over 30 years they have helped thousands of people rent or buy a home to fit their lifestyle.
